Error Message 202 & 300 12/31/19

 

If your unit is showing an error 202 or 300 message or the channels are NOT loading, then your unit will require an updated WatchTV App V.04.02.00.

*NOTE*  It is recommended that you perform a POWER CYCLE on the modem and router. Power Cycling clears the router's and modem's memory cache. To Power Cycle the modem and router, you have to disconnect the power to both the modem and router for at least 2 minutes and then reconnect the power.

  • Go to [TV] and wait for the error message to show. Please be patient.

  • You will receive an App Upgrade notification. 

  • Once you see the App Upgrade notification, then select [Update]

  • You then have to select [Install]

  • Once the WatchTV App installs, then go to [Open]

  • Should your unit not receive the WatchTV app update notification, then there maybe an issue with your unit not displaying the Serial Number of the unit on the About Page or older firmware preventing the WatchTV app update notification.  You can go to SHOP and purchase the WatchTV app version V.04.02.00.
